Managing Director/Mortgage Advisor

Matthew has been in the property and finance industry for over 20 years after serving in the Royal Navy as a Submariner, operating onboard HMS Triumph & HMS Turbulent during both the Gulf & Bosnian conflicts.

Matt has successfully run a mortgage brokerage to national awards, as well as running estate agencies both locally and regionally, merging the two together to bring about a fully encompassing service within ROK Marsh & RBM Solutions.

Matt is a family man, living in Cosham with his partner, Lucy (who helped launch ROK while on maternity from their daughter) and their 5 children, Reece, Kamron, Blake, Riven & Olivia oh and little dog Blue, our office Cavapoo!

Matt enjoys most sports, particularly football, as well as a bit of a movie buff. He supports local charities ‘Friends Fighting Cancer’ & forces charity SSAFA.

Aleah is a highly valued member of both the ROK and RBM teams. Since working for the company she has provided excellent service for our clients, customers and also her colleagues.

Head of Marketing/Trainee Mortgage Advisor – ROK Marsh & RBM Solutions

Bliss has been working for RBM/ROK since July 2021. Alongside studying for her CeMAP, Bliss is also the face behind all our marketing and advertising, committing her time to ensure the website and social media stay up to date.

Bliss likes to spend her spare time with her two sons, going on adventures and exploring different places to play.

Compliance Manager – RBM Solutions

Chelsea has worked for RBM since the beginning. She works with the team part-time to ensure she spends quality time with her daughter and teaches children to swim.

She has excellent customer service skills and understands that communication is key when it comes to being kept in the loop of a mortgage application. Chelsea ensures all cases run smoothly and are compliant from start to finish.

Danielle brings 15 years of sales and lettings experience with her at regional manager levels all across the country, most recently making her mark in the SO and PO territory.

Having worked within high street brands and online brands she can offer the perfect hybrid experience to all her clients, Perfectly fitting into roks vision of how sales and lettings should be.

Compliance and Property Manager – ROK Marsh

Ellen is our full-time Estate Agent at ROK Marsh, she successfully sells our properties on the South Coast to our clients and works tirelessly to ensure they’re getting their perfect home. She has been a part of the business since July 2021 and has trained to become the ideal selling agent.

Although she is one of the younger members of the team, she is definitely one of the most important components – Ellen is knowledgeable, professional, talented, and driven.

Property Agent

Kiran has previously worked self-employed as an independent agent which gives him the knowledge already in selling property. Kiran is a real people person and understands that communication is key, with each client being treated with honesty, respect, and integrity.

Kiran has a keen interest in film after studying for a degree in the subject. He lives locally in Portchester with his fiance and daughter.
