RBM Solutions provides independent, whole of market regulated advice on mortgages, protection, savings, and specialist finance. We deliver clear, straightforward support tailored to both immediate needs and long-term goals. Our typical fee is 0.4% of the loan advanced, payable on completion. The exact fee will always be confirmed in writing before you proceed. For pensions and investments, we refer clients to Better Wealth Management (FCA No. 153420). RBM Solutions is a trading style of Reece Blake Marsh Solutions Ltd, an Appointed Representative of PKD Private Finance Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA Nos. 918388 and 846083). Director
Matthew brings over 25 years’ experience in property and finance, following service in the Royal Navy as a Submariner aboard HMS Triumph and HMS Turbulent during the Gulf and Bosnian conflicts. He has led an award-winning mortgage brokerage and managed estate agencies locally and regionally, combining both to create a complete service through ROK Marsh and RBM Solutions.
A family man, he lives in Cosham with his four children (which his two businesses are named after) and Kyla their German Shephard. Away from work, Matthew enjoys football (a season ticket holder with his boys at Fratton Park at Portsmouth FC), films, and supporting charities including Friends Fighting Cancer, Sparks, MIND and SSAFA.
Qualified Mortgage Advisor
Jack is a qualified mortgage adviser with an MSc in Finance. He works with landlords, homebuyers, expats and overseas clients, particularly in Southeast Asia, to secure property finance through mortgages and bridging loans. His experience covers residential, buy to let, HMO, commercial, auction and development cases, as well as portfolio management and refinancing.

Aleah is a valued member of both the ROK and RBM teams, supporting clients, customers and colleagues with dedication. She works closely with estate agents and mortgage brokers to ensure everything runs smoothly, bringing energy, positivity and determination to every task. Aleah’s passion and drive are evident in both her professional and personal life.

Meet Leoni, who brings 6 years of payroll experience and a passion for working with figures. Seeking a new career path, she is eager and ready to embrace the role of Client Account Manager at RBM Solutions. Leoni’s driven, determined, and bubbly personality makes her excited to gain the knowledge needed to effectively meet your needs and provide exceptional service.
Outside of work, Leoni is a devoted mother to her 8-year-old son. She loves taking him to his hobbies and creating cherished memories together, from weekend adventures to daily activities. In addition to her family commitments, she also enjoys fitting in the occasional gym session to stay active and healthy. Leoni is looking forward to bringing her enthusiasm and dedication to the RBM team!

Meet Bliss Brunell, our Head of Marketing and Accounts at ROK Marsh & RBM Solutions. Bliss joined our team in July 2021 and brings a wealth of expertise to the table. While pursuing her CeMAP certification and mastering the art of content creation, Bliss is also the driving force behind our marketing and advertising initiatives. She dedicates her time to keeping our website and social media channels up to date, ensuring our online presence is as vibrant as our services.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Bliss cherishes her spare moments, often spent adventuring with her two sons and exploring new play spaces.
