Mortgage in Principle

Please ensure the following documents are prepared before we proceed with your mortgage in principle application:

•  Proof of photographic ID
• Last 3 months payslips & P60 and/or last 3 years tax calculations with overviews (if self employed)
• Last 3 months bank statements for all active current accounts in your name (must show your name & postal address)
• Proof of deposit 
• Copy of your credit report (please see CheckMyFile below if needed)
